Motivated Mommy- Trader Joe’s Haul

For those of you that follow my Saving Minnesota page on Facebook you may remember my post about vlogging last week. With our second child due in the next 5 weeks I really wanted to start focusing on some things to get me more motivated as a mom, as a person in general really. I guess you could say I am starting my new year’s resolutions a bit late this year ;0 I have recently made a list of self-goals and will share with you soon! One of these is a healthier eating lifestyle for my family and I. I was diagnosed, once again, with gestational diabetes in late January. I have started a revamping of my diet and have lost some weight already, don’t worry baby is fine! I have been overweight 85 percent of my life, the other 15 I have been on crash diets that end with the same disgusting results! I am starting off with our eating habits, like I said. I had my first Trader Joe’s experience and I am quite happy with the things I have tried so far and here is my haul:

Target Couponing Explained

I feel like there is alot of misinformation going on when it comes to Target’s coupon policy. If you are new to couponing or just need a refresher I am trying to explain what I mean. It can become overwhelming, but I feel like if anyone cracks down on couponers it’s Target. We have seen many big changes in the last year or so and as long as people are not abusing their coupons I hope they would keep this new coupon policy! I hope it sounds ok, alot of things to explain ;0

Super Great Way to Get Coupons!

Hi there again! If you haven’t noticed I have been having quite the issues with posts recently! My daughter broke my mouse for my computer, but our computer is touchscreen so it’s been operable but not tolerable! I will need to invest in one soon before I lose my mind! I posted a link before that didn’t work to my Facebook page, but I updated it! Anyways, there are so many ways these days to find coupons and one of my favorite ways is to contact the manufacturers! Go straight to the source I say! Manufacturers love feedback even if it is negative and I have received coupons in the past for replacement items. Recently I have become obsessed with another Proctor & Gamble item, oh what I would do without that company, the Downy Unstoppables! Highly highly recommend! So anywhos, I went and contacted them and low and behold they sent me a 1.00 off any Downy! Boom!
