Hello readers! I quickly ran out to grab my Sunday paper with a smile on my face, yes I am that big of a nerd. I came to realize that I got 4 inserts this week, missing Target and Walmart, but some coupons are regional and that is just the way it is! You will notice as you page through many items are of healthy living because it is January, again even coupons have their own cycle. Strum through and get to know the items a bit and how much off they are. I was very happy to see some higher dollar coupons such as Airborne $2.00 off. I use Airborne since I work with the public. I also enjoyed the Bic Razors B1G1, Axe B1G1, and the Uncle Ben’s rice B3G1, these will come in handy when we find sales!
Let’s discuss what we are going to do with them! First I put the date on them (1/8) then I put them into 3 piles, Smart Source, Red Plum, Other (General Mills, Proctor and Gamble, other retailers)*** Shown below*** I will store them in my 3 shelve filing system on my desk just for coupons, don’t think I am a nerd yet refer back to the first sentence of this post! Now page through the grocery ads received and get a mental note or even write down what items you and your family may need this week out of the ad, always try to buy things on sale, this is going to lower bill tremendously. We will go over where to find price match-ups later today! Don’t mind me I have to run out and buy more papers
